In recent times, the most groundbreaking development in the tech world has been AI, particularly its astounding human-like capabilities. Let's delve deeper into what this entails and how BlueCargo harnesses it to address some complex supply chain issues. AI, or more specifically, LLM (Large Language Model), comprises computer programs that have "read" vast quantities of text from the internet and excel at comprehending and responding to texts. LLM's capabilities allow BlueCargo to maximize the wealth of terminal data and per diem archives we possess. By harnessing the power of AI and our data, we can produce highly accurate reports that enable customers to save time and contest per diem fees effortlessly.
Our innovative AI tool, BlueCargo DisputeManagement™️, allows customers to upload Per Diem invoices and receive custom-tailored per diem reports. Based on our data, we can potentially dispute Per Diem charges for an average of 85% of the days in LA/LB and NY. These reports are created using our proprietary algorithm, bolstered by LLM/AI technology. The precision and time savings these reports offer have been truly remarkable, and we are genuinely grateful for the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers.
